We are proud to present the Phantasmagoria Image Effectizer! A slick, easy to use application for spicing up your favorite images, perfect for some added oomph in your profile images, IM avatars, or just a picure that wasn't interesting enough to begin with.
Phantasmagoria is 100 % free for personal, non-commercial use, and does not even require installation! Successfully tested on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux Gnome, and Linux KDE, you should be covered. Note to Mac users: Phantasmagoria should work on Mac OS X as well, but I don't have access to one for testing. Feel free to help me out by testing it and voicing your findings, or sending me money to buy one :) . It should also work on Solaris, freeBSD, and all other Java-enabled platforms.
Phantasmagoria requires Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.6.0 or later, but you probably have that installed already.
